Will brings a diverse range of real estate experience as a homebuyer, investor, and loan originator. Clients benefit from his outside the box thinking, understanding of the housing and bond markets, and ability to analyze numbers to properly advise on when to lock rates, pay for discount/buydown points, or “sell up” to take advantage of lender credits. He believes in full transparency throughout the entire process and continually earning trust from his clients.

Outside of work, Will spends his time with his wife, Alicia, and kids aged 9, 5, and 1, in the Montgomery area just north of The Woodlands, TX. He enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball/softball, and weekends down at the family beach house.
