Show notes

We are hearing from some realtor partners that some hesitancy is economy related. While consumer confidence is very low, each economic individual metric is good shape, despite increased fuel prices. If one is only looking at headlines then the fears are understandable. But inflation is low despite oil prices, unemployment is low, and manufacturing is up. The economy is definitely not on fire but it’s also not as bad as doomers would have you believe. Video post here.

The part worth repeating

According to Media Research Center, 92% of major broadcast network news coverage in President Trump’s first 100 days in office was negative. That trend feels like it has continued, with so much negative spin it’s no wonder consumer confidence is so low.

Common questions

A question the episode answers

Who should buy right now despite concerns. Those ready, willing and able. It’s understandable to have concerns but the key is your individual situation. Do you feel like your job is stable and isn’t affected much by the current environment? If you feel like it’s a good time to buy then look into.
